General

We do not “patch”—we prepare. Every project starts with mechanical diamond grinding and a complete moisture test. We use only 100% solids, industrial-grade resins, and every installation is backed by our 15-year warranty against peeling. Most installers skip these steps. We do not.

Yes. All our epoxy floors are covered by a 15-year warranty against peeling. This warranty is possible thanks to our rigorous process: thorough preparation, a moisture barrier if needed, and 100% solids products. A properly installed floor does not need to be redone.

We primarily serve the Greater Montréal area and surrounding regions, including the South Shore and North Shore. Contact us to confirm availability in your area—we come on site for all assessments, free of charge.

Both. We install epoxy floors in garages, basements, kitchens, and residential living spaces, as well as in warehouses, mechanical shops, retail spaces, and industrial areas. The process and products are adapted to the requirements of each environment.

Store-bought kits typically contain 40% to 50% solids—they shrink as they dry and adhere poorly to unprepared slabs. Without diamond grinding or moisture treatment, the result will peel within a few months. That is the main reason people call us after trying to do it themselves.

Epoxy flooring

Epoxy is a thermosetting resin coating system applied directly to your concrete slab. Unlike paint, it does not form a surface film—it penetrates and bonds to the concrete to create a hard, waterproof, seamless surface. The result: an industrial-grade floor with an attractive finish that lasts for decades.

Floor paint is exactly that: paint. It flakes within a few months under traffic and moisture. 100% solids epoxy forms a rigid layer 2 to 4 mm thick that chemically bonds to the concrete. It is not the same product, not the same process, not the same result.

With proper installation, an epoxy floor easily lasts 20 to 30 years. We offer a 15-year warranty against peeling—which reflects our level of confidence in our method. The only variables that reduce lifespan are poor preparation or low-quality products.

Yes. During preparation, our concrete specialists fill the cracks with a repair mortar before application. We do not simply cover them—we treat them to prevent them from telegraphing back to the surface. Major structural cracks are assessed on a case-by-case basis during the visit.

Yes, provided a specialized protective membrane is installed between the heating system and the resin. This step is essential—without it, heat cycles degrade adhesion. Our technicians assess your system during the visit to adapt the method.

Concrete work

Resurfacing involves applying a new layer of concrete or polymer mortar over an existing slab that is still structurally sound. It is less expensive and less invasive than a full replacement. If the slab is too deeply deteriorated or has structural issues, replacement is the only viable option—and we will tell you clearly.

Yes. Condo parking areas are subject to significant stress: repeated traffic, de-icing salts, and water infiltration. We repair cracks, treat deteriorated surfaces, and apply protective coatings suited to high-traffic environments. We work with condo associations and can schedule the work to minimize disruptions.

We handle structural repairs to slabs and foundations, chipped or broken concrete steps, deteriorated patios, cracked or damp basements, and condominium parking areas. Every project starts with an honest assessment—if it can be repaired rather than replaced, we will tell you.

Yes. Pool coping is exposed to an aggressive combination: chlorinated water, freeze-thaw cycles, user loads, and ground movement. Spalling and cracking are common and can quickly become dangerous. We repair deteriorated sections, fill cracks, and apply a slip-resistant finish suited to wet areas. Unstable coping is a risk—we fix it properly.

Yes, for both residential properties and condominiums. Sidewalks cracked or lifted by tree roots and freeze cycles are common in Québec. We level shifted sections, repair cracks, and replace slabs that are too damaged. An uneven sidewalk is a potential fall—condo associations have every reason not to let that drag on.
